It's pretty difficult because you have to let go uh, everything. Attachments, illusion of identity. We're all bound by things and people, regrets, events we couldn't process. It's a monumental task to clean this up. And if you fail, these things will be used against you at the time of your death to coerce you, convince you, encourage you, trick you into reincarnating.
