Do you have friends? Are you well enough to go out places? To me the most fundamental human experience is connecting with other humans. If you don't mind meeting people or talking to strangers, go out places and just try and make real connections. I know they won't last long but quality over quantity etc.
Spend time outside. Find something fulfilling and generative to spend a little bit of time on. As in, something that will last a little longer than you. Try not to spend your time doing passive things that will make the time fly by like binging shows or playing through video games. Write some poems, or a book, or draw things, or paint things, or crochet, or film videos. I really hope you make the most of the time you have left.
