Also instal "Source SDK Base 2013 Singleplayer" it's on the tools section of your steam library,
Then right click on it, go into "Properties", then "Betas" and set it to the "upcoming" beta and turn steam off an on

that's not a very good strategy, because when you'll start eating again the way you usually do you'll likely gain all that weight back
I won't pretend to know a single thing about this but you probably should permanently eat some lower calorie diet and if you can't maybe you have an addiction of some kind and you probably need some professional help
