Pull-ups are extremely hard, just keep at it, it took me weeks to do a single one.
2 years later and I still struggle to do more than a handful, it's one of those exercises that requires you are either strong enough to move your weight, or skinny enough to where you can do them with ease.
Most bodybuilders who don't do them can't do a single one, that's the kind of exercise it is, I'm not even joking.
Pull-ups are retarded hard unless you're very skinny, keep working at it, OP.
I got here with negatives, and then slow reps, and now I launch myself up and then slowly lower myself to get the most out of the movement.

It's not over for you at all, not even close. You need to train deadhangs for your grip strength, and negatives for your back strength. Do those consistently to failure, something like 4 sets every 2 or 3 days, and within 2 months you should be able to do 3 or 4 pull ups. From there you just keep doing pull ups to failure and you'll increase the amount like anyone else. good luck.>>81477495
They wouldn't need to defend themselves. I'd just preemptively rape you first.

I just cranked out 10 lmao. Pullups are bullshit anyways, if you're still teenage girl sized at age 28 like me then they're piss easy. Bench press, squat, and dead lift relative to body weight will give you a much better idea of how in shape you are.

very cool. different muscle groups i guess. pull ups are pretty much all back, push ups are almost all chest and tricep, and chinups are mostly bicep. i guess your back is underdeveloped. do negatives bro. great job on the push ups htough :)

keep doin the best u can anon, build urself up with other training until you feel confident on tacklin the pull up again, i was the same way, i like to think starting low with push ups helped, i just increased it by 5 when i felt things were getting easier, dangling from the bars and letting your body stretch with the gravity might help as well, but do be careful anon, just keep that focus on the goal and u can get the pull up score goin

As an adult of many years, I have never had the need to do a pull up in real life
Also, come back when you're 18
