I'm too self conscious. I wish I had less shame, but it's too late. Even remembering awkward memories causes for me to cringe hard physically in the present still. It's a disease.

Sometimes I can force myself to act but not often

I suffer from an extreme inability to verbalize my thoughts but not necessarily to nonverbally understand them and act on them so I'm naturally forced into the role
