A nearsighted person is just that - nearsighted. They can wear glasses/lenses and that will be the most hassle about it.

Autistic people can be affected so deeply in ways that are so important to prosper. I'm not mad. I just feel bad for them.

I'm autistic and I have wanted nothing more to be cured for so long. You can prevent autism through pre-natal testing (like how Iceland managed to eradicate Down's syndrome) but I don't even know how you'd cure it past infancy since it would involve rewriting someone's brain completely. I couldn't care less if it affects society negatively or not, it's affected me negatively enough with its constant sensory demands for me to wish that it was gone. It doesn't seem like it'll be going down either since autism rates just keep rising, it could be stopped if people weren't so squeamish about eugenics.

Autism is fake it's just the dysfunction that comes from having shitty dumb parents and a abusive childhood. That's why they can't find a "cause" and the symptoms vary wildly on a "spectrum". It's not a real brain disorder.
