After you graduate you need to be intentional and put effort into friendships, so the whole 'leader' type thing doesnt really happen. At most you have someone who is kinda at the 'bottom', and someone who is proactive/okay with planning things.

Plus, a bunch of you will probably have GF/wives and do double dates and so on, increasing that connection within the group.

There were 'group leaders' in the past, in school, where you were forced into social situations with random people. Once you grow up and arent forced to interact, that shit stops.
