If you live in predominantly black areas, they either confused cause most the areas out there with walkable infrastructure aren't very safe, so you're kinda asking to get robbed. Otherwise the distances between residential areas and commercial isn't in what typical people call "walkable" i.e sub 5-10 minutes and you should probably be in some form of motorized transportation. Either way you probably look crazy, homeless, or like a target to them.
