>>81494778The juice and the exterior of the meat are bitter. The inside of the meat is more like a dulled fresh raw liver taste. It's also much softer than fresh raw liver. The smell is much more appealing than I expected. Fermented raw salmon fillet smells horrible, and that's the only other raw meat I've fermented. I actually ate this earlier in the day and didn't post it until now, and the way I feel is much like when I ate the high salmon. My body and mind became very relaxed, my mood improved a lot, and I'm feeling more sociable than usual. Overall just feeling really good, better than how I feel from eating fresh raw meat every day.
