You probably need to get it cut, wash it more, figure out your hair type and use a daily conditioner. I might also recommend a dry shampoo if you're worried about too frequent of hair washes

I do wash it everytime I shower but it still gets tangled sadly. I dont want to cut it because I like having long feminine hair, even if its all fucked up
