killed a bunch of random people watching a meme movie for no reason and went to prison forever. who so many glow in the darks asking about mass murderers on /r9k/ today? hmm?

Unchecked mentally illness with access to guns. It's extremely rare they're competent enough to plan and execute an attack, but out of the millions with the right traits, there's enough to bring a shooting every day in America.
