I wish I could give advice but that sucks man :/ I know a gym bro who had loose skin from being +300lbs before and would not take off his shirt for anything but he got surgery and is a lot happier. Obv surgery costs a good amount so I don't know if it's possible for you but it does improve quality of life a lot imo

>>81521106 OP's body is pretty much a runway model body (like the ones that actually make money and have thousands of fangirls and stuff) as long as he's over 6' Just moderately muscular but mostly thin and lean, doesn't have titties like gymbros either

>>81521106 That's the most stereotypical fashion model physique though. He's not even muscular, just low bodyfat.
>>81521288 It's the pose Asian guy is flaring out the lats and shoulders for the selfie If anything the pic you just posted is more built in the arms and chest

>>81521089 (OP) >What's stopping you from looking like this? I'm way more muscular. I'd have to lose like 20lbs of lean tissue to look like this, maybe more.
Maybe if I get a high-grade lymphoma or something.

>>81521415 He had ideal physique in the before shot. Now he can barely even let his farms fall to the side, and he's going to be spending 20 hours/week at the gym so when are you ever going to see his ass?
Not to mention his heart is going to explode at age 50 and his balls are basically shriveled up raisins.
>>81521428 I agree that he's too big in the after but the point was that frames can be widened >>81521439 You know these guys can go off the roids right? Here he is now.
