I'm 30 and people who don't know me tend to assume I'm 23-24, despite having a beard. Last got IDd at 27 after shaving my beard (drinking age in my country is 18). My parents also look younger than they are and my grandparents are in their late 80s and early 90s and not senile or bed-ridden.

This is a major one. Was acquainted with my friend's now wife in her mid 30s who used sun cream every day religiously, and you wouldn't have put her above 25 in any circumstance.
Hell, I've seen guys in their mid 40s that took care of their skin and you wouldn't put them above their early 30s. Daily spf moisturizer combined with no smoking/drinking is the key if you can't avoid stress.
