A good-looking, social person is likely a much better human being than a bad-looking loner. The "chad" is funnier, more fun to be around with, more understanding and supporting than the "incel", therefore a much better friend/partner.

Uh yeah, looks are everything and the way you are treated is because of them, so no brainer people treated good from the start are nicer than the always harassed

Good looks take work to maintain. Very few people are born that way and even if they are, they still have to support that. There's no "start". Unless you are deformed/disfigured beyond fixing (which you aren't), you make the first impression, it doesn't just appear out of nowhere.
