>Stopped drinking beer (and every other kind of alcohol I was drinking once in a while) and sugarish/unhealthy drinks (even super market fruits juices that are anything but healthy)
>Drastically reduced junk food and stopped eating many kinds of junk food (chocolate stuff and chocolate snacks are from the few junk food I still eat to get my chocolate dose)
>Stopped emotional eating
>Stopped eating late at night
>Stopped eating right before sleeping
>Started eating lightly for dinner (with rare exceptions)
>Started being more carefully at cooking like reducing the amount of salt at food
>Still eating food I enjoy like meat
>Just like that I've easily lost weight in a noticeable level
>Friends and relatives notice my weight loss and assume that I'm on diet
>I just inform them that I now have a more balanced diet and stopped lots of junk
See fatties? It's not that hard. I'll never understand how the fuck people get so much obese.

I stopped with refined sugar and processed foods entirely and I find that I may be entering ketosis more often by accident. Luckily I've been drinking a shit ton of milk and eating fruit so it has helped with the lethargy. One thing I found is that starchy vegetables like potatoes make me so tired, not even in the way that fruits do. Only started eating like this a week ago, but I feel amazing already, and I am almost never hungry.
Do you ever include milk into your diet? I drink it like water now. A2 milk specifically(if you're in europe, you probably already have that, don't you).

Because consuming sugar is a never-ending cycle. The more you consume it, the more you want it. Only way to defeat the craving (in my case) was to eliminate it entirely.

okay, I forgot to consider that people can also get obese through overeating. Not sure how you can deal with that other than eating more protein, I suppose

OP here. The only milk products I eat are ones that include or they're made with milk like ice cream and cakes. For some reason I can't drink glasses of milk (not even chocolate ones) and I can't eat yogurt (butter products with yogurt are fine). And no, I'm not lactose intolerant, this is Jewish crap. Besides I still eat stuff like ice cream that are made with milk. It's like like onions, a food I can't stand at dishes like souvlaki and salads but I'm fine with it when it's on other dishes and in smaller quantity.

Maybe it's a matter of quantity. Next time I'll try a small glass of milk instead of the normal size glasses I used to have.

OP here again. Trying to totally eliminate sugar won't work since people often replace unhealthy stuff with other unhealthy stuff. I just consume sugar with moderation. For me sugar is just like many other food: They're tasty when eaten with moderator but eating too much makes you sick of them. It's like with your favorite dishes: It's nice when you eat them 1-2 times per week but eating them every fucking day will make you fed up with it.

You're right. Take American fatties for example that eat a whole family size pizza for themselves. And they eat 12 burgers for lunch.

Yeah, moderation is key but it also doesn't really work for me. If I eat cookies or something then I'll be thinking about it the next day and end up eating more than my body can handle. I've just opted to replace refined sugars for the sugars in fruits which are much healthier in general.
Thank you for replying, but I must go sleep now. All this diet shit and I'm up at 3AM, lol.

OP here. I know that feeling. I'm like that with other snacks too. Mostly nuts ones like almonds and peanuts. Which is why I avoid having snacks like almonds and I only eat them when they're included at cakes.

As cookies I try to eat ones that only make me want to eat 1-3 of them like British butter cookies. Also if you cook yourself, it's a better choice to bake cookies yourself instead of buying ones from super market and bakeries. Not only because they're healthier and tastier but also because they don't have sugarish crap like the ones they put at super market cookies that make them addictive despite being junk.

Same goes for fast food like burgers and pizza: Home made ones are way better in all aspects. Plus they're cheaper.

I lost weight when I stopped drinking soda and replaced it with black coffee the majority of the time. Sometimes I drink some soda, once in a blue moon.
I still eat enough for two people but I haven't really packed on pounds in spite of that. A lot of junk food doesn't taste that good and makes me feel like shit so I just cook whatever I want just to use up perishables my family mismanages.

>only thing I have to cut is alcohol to lose weignt
When I am on a bender I easily ingest 1200 cals of alcohol per day, so it's literally my main source of calories.

>I just consume sugar with moderation

This, i have friends who are overweight and love to complain that i eat "nothing all day"

While they drink 2-4 energy drinks a day + multiple cans of full sugar soda (they like to buy 70+ cans a week because "its a good deal" it is very rare there is any left by the end of the week)

On top of all this mostly all meals are takeaway slop , snacking all day on sugary sweets/potato chips (this kids are "picky eaters" so all they want it chocolate and raw slop, and thats exactly what they get because the parents are the biggest retards ive ever met)

Nearly the entire household is either being diagnosed or already is diagnosed as being anaemic, every fucking day they just sit around "tired all the time" (none of them work or ever do anything that resembles exercise) yawning every 2 minutes, no motivation, no energy, always sore heads , sore backs etc

Ive tired to explain its all the sugar and lack of doing anything but they just go on the offensive instantly because "there is literally nothing we can do if we only want to eat raw sugar anon.."

tl:dr
Fatties being fatties
