Bro lean your diet out like 40 percent is diet 30 sleep and 30 is working out. I'd rather diet and sleep right cause you burn calories all the time in your daily life. If you need to work out focus on cardio. Like run a few miles. Check out different body styles cause you might prefer like a boxer body over a runner body or a swimmers body over a lifters body and figure out where you wanna be at.

Bro try cardio and light lifting. Look into hypertrophic like lifiting light weights a lot of times. But focus more on cardio. He runs a lot. He doesn't lift. You can tell by the lack of muscle definition. The curse of shredded is real.
Look at the bottom right quad and imagine that but with light weight instead it'll drop his muscle mass significantly.
