My teachers and parents always thought I was smart, I was a quick learner, though they believed I wasn't applying myself. I never liked studying, so I simply refused. I never did my homework, I skipped class, I didn't pay attention in class. I just never really saw any point to it, I don't a thrive for money or knowledge, I just wanted to maximize my happiness in life. I still don't regret it, I have a fine job where I get paid alright, I got 60k in savings, work is comfy as I can spend most my days lazing around.

I do wonder sometimes, what I could have achieved if I had that thirst for knowledge / money.

>while I were studying for grades, the real smart kids were strengthening their bonds, memories and connections
Feels bad, man.
