I have a 3DS with homebrew and a bunch of roms on it, and it's a fantastic machine for retro gaming, but I wouldn't take it out in public at this point because it could easily get stolen
Someone could just lie and claim it's theirs and I would have no recourse or easy way to prove otherwise
Especially if the person claiming to have been stolen from is a middle aged woman with a kid and you're a mid-20s single man, the cop/security guard assessing the situation isn't going to listen to you at all
