sounds like influenza, if you have diarrhea then it might be rotavirus too. i think its the first for now

uhhhh this is not good, i doubt you have any pills for the flu at home, but you need water, electrolytes and if possible keep checking your body temp, if its above 39 its time for antipyretics, i suppose you do have paracetamol or ibuprofen

just vomited a bunch and now my mouth tastes bitter from the bile or stomach acid
whatever it was it did help liquify and unstuck my nose so i can breath just fine now
