For the record I am not a gym monkey, I just know I did curls and got bigger arms. Far from an expert.
I did 4 sets of 10, then went to 4 sets of 12 and never found the reason to go more. Admittedly I am using twice the weight. As always the idea is to just keep getting harder to get closer to a state of failure.

Triceps are hard, even introductory you might find them painful and no fun, but just look up tricep curls. I basically lay on the floor, arms up straight, then bend my elbows so the weights are over/behind my head level.
You can do it on a bench and do it differently, but thats an easy way to not need any more equipment.

It happens though mate, I've stopped/started my routine a bunch just due to life. The only saving grace is the next time I restart it I'm not quite back at step 0 and keep the weight heavier.

I will introduced protein shakes into my diet, but to be honest I don't eat too much. Hope this won't be an issue for me

If you want to bulk up you gotta eat good. Protein shakes aren't necessary imo unless you are going for steroid-junkie tier builds.
Just having enough energy in the tank and at least some form of protein is all you need. Don't get swept up in the trends unless you're really pushing for top stuff.

I am skeptical of the objectivity of morality. I think that we all act like we decide whats right and wrong based on some kind of utilitarian calculus (which option causes the least suffering), but in reality when we make moral judgements we are usually judging whats right and wrong we are making emotive inferences about the character of someone. Something is bad because it displays personality characteristics about a person we dont like and think is untrustworthy. Consequentialism and deontology are both nonsense.

If we are judging moral character then we have to wonder where our set of values come from. Why do we value kindness, compassion, egalitarianism...? or other things? Where do these values come from? Why should morality be the same for all people?

As an atheist, I suppose the values of our society are judeo-christian - but I wonder. Stealing, murder are all sort of biological motivations for moral beliefs. Adultery? Sure that's not a nice thing to do, but it's not an objective moral no-no. On a sidenote, I dislike heavy handed references to religion in our society.
