I'm 35 and have never had alcohol in my life.
And my whole life I've been listening to normies SCREECHING copes at me about how alcohol is somehow good for you and will help you in your life.

There's only one brutal fact:
Alcohol is nothing but a toxin. It's completely baffling to see literal adults think alcohol is some natural thing our bodies have evolved to consume. It's nothing but poison that we take to get poisoned for fun. Your body treats it like a poison and your liver is working its ass off to get rid of it.
I don't care if you think it helps you approach women and have fun with friends. At least be man enough to admit you're drinking poison with nothing but negative health effects to achieve that effect. Stop saying "humanity has always done this". Humanity has also had sex with minors for a million years. And stop giving me shit when I eat processed sugars and drink energy drinks you ethanol-guzzling hypocrite.

This is all true but alchies will cry and try to justify their addiction (it's anything BUT the alcohol).
I have tapered my drinking off over the last five years, I feel much better and I don't feel the need to consume it. I have never been a big drinker but at this point in my life I drink maybe one beer a week. Alcoholics are always trying to drag others down to justify their lifestyle but any means necessary.
