Recruiters use AI tools that filter your resume if there aren't enough keywords or bullshit made up numbers about increasing efficiency by 500%. The whole system has become bullshit due to AI.

Because its people who own A.I. companies doing the spamming so that they can sell their own A.I. HR management systems as the solution to a problem they created. They will sell it as a.i. can quickly sort out and respond only to the genuine applications and they can do it faster than a human.

The buisness world is cutthroat and run like a mafia empire. Sometimes you have to create the problem so you can sell the solution.
