I genuinley dont understand how people get fat.

And no, I dont mean slightly chubby, I mean beached whale where you genuinley struggle with everyday tasks.

Like if youre not physically disabled, how are you genuinley that greedy and lazy to become that size

people are retards and think they need to have a huge, luxurious meal every time they eat. its like they turn an age where they cook for themselves and cant grasp the concept of a simple meal, it always has to be huge and greasy

Emotional problems can have an impact somewhat, but people really need to get a fucking grip.

Overeating one day because its been a bad day (or even for a whole week), yeah fine I get it, we all have those days.

But stuffing your face every day is weird

This exactly

Nothing wrong with a bit of chub, can look really good on certain people. But people will roll with it and say that obesity is in

I've always thought about this when I would looked at those 300 pound shows on TV. From what I've been able to analyze (this is just from watching the shows, I have no studies or anything to back it up), they usually end up like that from getting addicted to the food, and some of them may be more willing to let themselves go after falling into a depression or so on.

Carbohydrates and fatty foods activate dopamine hits in the brain and they just keep going to cope with life. All fat people are junkies and their drug is junk food. You will never get fat eating plane meats or eggs or vegetables or even fruits. When was the last time you heard of someone eating 10 boiled eggs or 10 apples in a row? That's the same calories as 10 oreos. It's ultra processed and fried food they can just keep gorging on until they are a bloated wreck. Also fat people live in denial of reality on multiple levels as all mentally ill people do. You can't be a intelligent sane person and be obese they are mutually exclusive. In the 19th century obese people were so rare and unusual that they were circus attractions in freak shows.
TLDR: they are all mentally ill

This is the shit that bothers me so much, like yeah have a treat every now and then, have a fatty takeout after a long day at work. Thats normal, but no way should any grown adult be regularly eating like that

Did you fucking read the post?? Its not about being slightly bigger, its about pure obesity.

So if this impacts you, youre probably in the latter category

i have more sympathy for fat people who grew up in neglectful households, and suffered either with being under or overweight as kids. Thats not as much their fault

however so many fatass americans had a good upbringing with balanced meals and ended up like that. they should know better

If someone didnt shower people would call them out and say theyre not acting right, its the same thing

a lot of them have a weird mentality, similar to that of a drug user

>okay i had take out today, but thats it ill be good now
>okay i know i had one yesterday but this is actually it
>i had a small lunch so i need a big dinner

and the cycle continues

theres always a reason for them to justify it, even if theyre broke, feeling sick, or anything

EXACTLY! Like I said I fully understand having a treat now and then, I even understand having a bad week! Like thats all fine and normal

But this shit happens slowly, and you would notice your clothes getting tighter and not just by a bit.

Its literally not hard at all to avoid

when people eat more and more stomach expands
so eating something that would fill an averaeg person isnt enough for them and they get fat
really it is just bad habits and habits are hard to fix

Yea, I don't get it either. Have had a BMI of 19 for my entire adult life. I have never had to look up diets or stuff, I just eat what I want and as much as I want. If I eat so much that I stuff myself, I just take a big fat shit 3-5h later. My genetics are superior, I guess, because most people my age and younger tell me that any sort of excess tends to show up their appearance. I'd fucking hate to be like them, but I would simply increase my level of daily exercise if that was the case. I never want to be fat. Fat is disgusting and drives up risk for several types of cancer.

i think the average person can eat what they want for the most part and be fine (unless youre trying to be stick thin)

its just that for the average person, they have a balance of all food groups, fill up on more than just oil and get general exercise (even if they dont work out just general walking about, cooking and cleaning etc)

>get general exercise
I've noticed that most overweight and fat people I know get zero exercise and seem to be allergic to walking. By contrast, I don't have a car (by choice, I hate driving) so I end up doing a fair bit of walking every day, usually fast walking and I treat it as a workout. And recently I began training at home doing push-ups and dumbbell exercises to build a bit of muscle. I'm fairly sure I get more exercise than most people, but I even see gymfags with hanging bellies fairly often. Maybe I just don't eat that much and I honestly wouldn't eat every day if I didn't have to.

>I don't have a car (by choice, I hate driving)
Im the exact same, I have my license but Im a real anxious driver, and i live in a city with loads of public transport. I think even the fact of like walking to the bus stop to work or walking round shopping or even when I wfh I try and go on a short walk (for fresh air not necessarily for working out) helps a lot.

Like it doesnt even need to be loads, just a bit of movement helps so much

youre retarded fat parents is the only valid excuse for being fat because they indoctrinated from a young age that being obese is okay, they dont question it anymore they just think its normal because they grew up chewing down raw sugar
