I believe 90% of the time its actually leftists. The reason I believe this is because the race bate came first. First, if it were a plot from /pol/ there would be a lot of receipts. Tons of real leaks and plotting posts. There's not. There are posts and leaks from leftists plotting to spam bbc porn though dating back to when it first started.

As far as I'm concerned as a 2013 newfag it was entirely a response to right wing extremists on 4chan. 4chan had already been filled with right wing extremists for years before the raceb8 started getting spammed everywhere. Also there was an instance in which the IDF unironically spammed porn onto all the tv broadcasts of their muslim enemies as psychological warfare so I think another aspect of it is JIDF and glowniggers.

I noticed that as soon as there was the Iran-Israel ceasefire, the racebait reappeared like somebody flipped a switch. I don't know if it's a right vs. left issue so much as NATO vs BRICS. I think BRICS wants the west to become embroiled in an unwinnable race war.
