Smaller companies and maybe startups. You get a nice relationship with your coworkers but trade that for earning less in comparison to a bigger company in the same field

This, smaller jobs increase potential of camaraderie which is what you want.

In the long run is not worth it though, you work for money and can get the friends anywhere else
