Yes, using critical theory we should criticise this and understand why this is done. He is the type of person however to deny literally any human emotion and feeling and ask for proof of its objective existence before accepting anything. Like i can prove oxytocin exists, that women have more of it, that women fall in love quicker and more often. He would deny human jealousy, the psychological weight of paternity certainty, and other reasons for the almost universal institution of marriage
He doesn't understand there's no moral imperative towards literally anything and would justify working towards a Polyamorous society by having a "liberation theology". I see this shit literally constantly with leftists. Why does this need to exist? Why is this better? What reason is it better than the status quo? It's because they like it. It's better because of the psychological need of one man to fuck whoever he wants without feeling guilty about it. It's a cope, it's a post hoc, manipulative position that exists solely to make him feel better about him wanting to cheat constantly.
