Essentially, just get some low calorie tortilla (I use ancient grain). Fill that bitch with either black beans or chicken breast (oven, boiled or air fried) and then add some veggies. Should be between 350-400 calories. Eat two a day + a protein shake for like 1k calories. Maybe a white monster for 10 calories appetite suppressant.
Actually, 1k calories and doesn't leave you hungry.
Starting week 4 and I unironically don't want to eat anything else.
