some folks do weights alone, some folks do cardio alone - they're both valid weight loss tools but most folks separate the days but if weight loss is your primary goal, then do weights and cardio on the same day

my method that i used is somewhat healthy, from almost 80kg down to almost 70kg, im the type of person who can go whole day without eating but cant sleep if i havent eat so i ignore meals for whole day, drink some coffee because caffeine help with energy (thought i only drink black coffee, not sure if you can handle it) then eat 1 big meals around evening consist of mainly meat, watch your calories too, then at night by the time you about to get ready for bed just make sure to keep some snacks ready incase you get hungry (mine was protein bar) then repeat for about a month.

I've been doing a diet that's been working so far.
Started 130.5kg, yesterday was weigh in after week 3 ended, and was at 121.0kg
Essentially, just get some low calorie tortilla (I use ancient grain). Fill that bitch with either black beans or chicken breast (oven, boiled or air fried) and then add some veggies. Should be between 350-400 calories. Eat two a day + a protein shake for like 1k calories. Maybe a white monster for 10 calories appetite suppressant.
Actually, 1k calories and doesn't leave you hungry.
Starting week 4 and I unironically don't want to eat anything else.

As someone who FINALLY took my ed seriously this year, heres what I do. Wait as long as possible to have breakfast, until Im literally feeling sick from hunger, have fruit with every meal and eat it first. Fill up on water, sugar free red bull and black coffee. Nap a lot, cant eat if im asleep. Get genuine distractions, like walking or playing games. When I get the urge to snack, I make myself wait for a little while to do a few more things first, and then I make sure I actually need it
