Eat less. Try drinking water instead of eating when you're hungry. Make your lifestyle more active. Something as simple as walking to the bus station instead of driving would still help.
It's hard for me to understand how people get fat. How hard can it be to just eat less? I don't even like eating an I wish I didn't have to do it 4 times a day.

Fat people do a few things skinny people don't: eat habitually or when they're bored instead of when they're hungry, habitually eat much more than would have satiated their hunger, and eat a much higher percentage of high carb goyslop (there is no reason to eat a massive amount of carbs unless you are an athlete or do manual labor)

Makes sense. Fapping is a cardiovascular workout. You should fap more if you want to be slimmer. I've been fapping daily at least once since 2013.

I see. All of those habits seem pretty stupid to me. Especially eating past the point I'm not hungry anymore. Everytime I end up stuffing myself it never feels good.

Carbohydrates do not efficiently convert to fat. They fuel you while you store the fat you eat instead of burning it. De novo lipogenesis is expensive, and the energy density of starchy foods is just lower.

Cut all the carbs out of your diet, especially sugar, and start exercising. I'd suggest walking to start. Stop driving everywhere. If it's within 10 blocks and you don't have to carry anything heavy, walk instead.

ime if you do struggle with these bad habits, it's probably best to address one at a time. eating fruits/leafy vegetables in excess is going to be better than eating goyslop. IF/caloric restriction with shit foods is better than nothing. making incremental changes (provided you /keep/ making changes) is the way to make progress.
