Easy shit anyone can fix:
- not smelling bad
- not having bad breath
- not having a retard haircut
- not having ear or nose hairs visible
- not walking around all hunched over like a doofus
- talking in your natural voice pitch; easy to find it with simple voice exercises; once you use it you will sound like much less of a retard
- looking people in the eye
then work on:
- fix your teeth
- get contacts
- not being a fatass
- not being a pushover
- not letting things bother you
- not letting negative thoughts control you
- caring less about what women think
things you can't change and need to let go of:
- your height
- your dick size
- your autism/ADD/etc...
- you will get old and you will die
- all your possessions go bye-bye when you die
