No one ever provides a good reason to live in a big city beyond unrealistic aspirations or trying to avoid self hatred by moving somewhere else which never works.
Big cities are shitholes which is why people invented the suburbs as a replacement in the 1950s. Those are pretty nice, although not as good as small town life.
