I'm very scared of someday being the person in one of those videos
I wouldn't ever do anything super insane, but the thought of making some kind of mistake and getting sent to jail + being humiliated online terrifies me
It might be my greatest fear

i got kind of addicted to bodycam videos and also interrogation videos for a few days but then clicked do not recommend channel on all the channels and stopped watching them cause i don't like being addicted to youtube

you can alleviate some of this by always recording yourself, its actually not taking a lot of space if you do low resolution. so you can prove at any given time where you were, or that you didn't do something

but the downside is recording your computer, someone can hack in and steal the recordings

The fear isn't being accused of something I didn't do. It's having my mistake being published on the internet with my first and last name on full display for millions of people to laugh at.
And going to jail looks like a fucking nightmare. I'm being serious that I would rather die than step foot in a jail.

I do think there should be laws on what you can post about someone's identity online
