>mfw older guy
>can't act all cutesy with the younger girls i talk to
>have to act like i'm some sort of fatherly figure or some old pervert

>wonder
i wonder at life :D
i see the beauty in all things - a lot of folks tell me i might be faceblind but i genuinely believe there's someone for everyone!

it just clicked that i'm probably acting like michael jackson here...
guys' issues was that he never really got to experience childhood no? thats why he had those kids over to come play at his house

i feel like i'm doing the same thing with these girls...

okay man i dont relate to that sorry. i just like acting silly and being myself, as opposed to being stern and serious all the time.

be kind now

Keep that whimsy about you, OP
Just know when to use it, around younger people for example. Older people might be buzzkills but as long as you aren't overbearing/annoying, young people appreciate someone older who they can still joke with. Just keep it appropriate, ok? It's always nice to see people who are jolly like you

You can experience that whimsey 2nd hand through empathy. Embrace dadness and find a lady who wants you to tuck her in and read her a bedtime story.

>I just like acting silly and being myself
oh hey, that too!
one thing folks tell me that they like about me is that i'm "authentic" - of course, that might just be my autism leaking out
>be kind now
always am :D

it actually kinda fucks-up the social dynamics, especially around normies
i mean, of course i can act like a fatherly figure and give them the advice they need but then i'd have to like adjust the thing where
>friends - friends
into
>helpless child - father figure
if that makes sense, and balancing that is messing with my mind

Time to become a soi drinking liberal/redditor. That behavior's allowed on their camp.

thats actually kinda messed up, man but i've had that experience before
>have younger lady friend over (she's 19 dw)
>about 6am, wake her up, bought breakfast for her
>she tells me "i've never had a man wake me up before, not even my dad did that"
...she had issues

>Over 30
>everyone just assumes I'm college age
>don't have of the benefits of being an older guy
>don't have any of the benefits of looking young
This sucks.

Sounds fun to me. You get to feel like a big man and she gets to be looked after.

I had a visectomy and don't want kids, but I still want that feeling of being a protector and nurturer.
