Give it a rest. It sucks being ghosted but this isn't the way to deal with it, even if it is them. What would you even get if it was them?
A why? They would freeze up again. An apology? If you need one just conjure up an image of them in your head and have them say whatever you think you need to hear.
Delete them or just close the conversation tab and maybe they'll respond later, but move on for now. The more you lash out seeking answers the worse you'll make it for yourself.

We used to speak pretty regularly with some relatively brief periods of ghosting. She then ghosted me for a very long period of time before messaging me again relatively recently. I wasn't able to respond immediately though and that might be why I'm being ghosted again. Idk if this person is H but she's not always like this. I'm confident that if we could just have a conversation things could get better.

You might be a schizoid, I'm exactly like this with both men and women regardless, have been nearly all my life. The only human communication I get is through anonymously posting on boards or talking to my one irl friend once every two weeks very briefly. It's a miserable existence and it doesn't get better
