I take 500 mg vitamin C and 2500 IU vitamin D daily.

I take anafranil for OCD.
Felt pretty good when I first started. The first few days I yawned a lot and it almost felt like I was cumming everytime.
Now I just feel tired throughout the day and I have some shivering and I don't feel like I have much drive to do much but the latter might be other reasons than the meds maybe.

I'm on Adderall IR 10mg 2x/day. I only take it when I need it for example when I need to concentrate on work or a task (incl. reading.) If it's not work related, then I half the dose. I don't need it to work out or play vidya so I don't take it then. It helps a lot with tolerance build up.
