To really break it down

>V8 Energy Juice (180 mg of caffeine)
>2 eggs over medium
>Ensure Vanilla Protein Shake
I've been doing this for a month and it suppresses my appetite for the entire day. I can usually just have 1 snack break up until 7/8/9 PM.

Depends on the time. If it's before 0900 I'll take a couple of swings from my wine glass. It has a 24oz capacity, but I have a lot of fruit flies which has forced me to select my alcoholic beverages based on fly preference instead of my own. Certain wines get fly-y more than others. They like dark reds the least. I like reds so it's OK.
Next to my bed is a cardboard box upon which I put this really nice wood serving tray. It covers the top of the box so from the bed it just looks like a mini table. I put two layers of paper towels folded in half on top of my cup to prevent flies from getting in, then whatever book I'm reading on top of the paper on my cup to seal it closed. A rudimentary wine stein I guess.
I work nights.
