Here's a funny thing, I had an idea similar to yours. Only instead of someone bullying me on /r9k/ I was thinking that what I need is an AI that pops up in the corner of my screen and says "Hey are you doomscrolling again? Why aren't you working on that project of yours? Get back to work, lazybones!"

Then it would nag me till I got back to work. Ideally it would say something like "good job!" when I finished something, and it would have the voice of a young woman from Ireland or Australia.
