Women are valued for their existence, even the worst of the basket can get attention and love so easily.

But I as a man, am considered a loser till proven otherwise, If I ever fail and fall I am nothing, I am worthless, I need to pick myself up and go on without a single affirmation. I feel like I am completely alone in the world, if I ever stop being useful, I am trash and will treated like it and discarded.

Yes, women have innate value that men do not. They have a much lower potential though. The "glass ceiling" is real in terms of social standing and leadership roles; no one will ever take them seriously, especially an attractive woman. Everyone will assume they slept their way to the top because it's probably true.

That being said, most of us here are meat for the meat grinder, so I understand your plight OP

Women (at least in the west) are still able to fall back onto their socioeconomic value or productivity for a metric of accomplishment in case their physical attractiveness is way below the minimum required to attract a partner.
This may feel devastating and degrading to their ego, but for men it's the default state.

At worst an unattractive women will be no worse off than an average looking male.
