Does anyone find that normies constantly insult you, but are also super sensitive to everything?

Absolutely anything they can take as a criticism will be taken very personally and they will instantly be aggressively defensive.

But then anytime someone takes issue with their deliberately insulting behaviour they tell them to grow thicker skin, get over it, etc.

That's why you need to distance yourself from those people as much as possible. Don't talk to anyone, be a little rude by ignoring people, be selfish. Become more self-reliant in a more emotional manner and become indifferent to what others think.
