My life is over because I'm 36. I'm too old to get a girlfriend, too old to get a job, too old for doing sports, and my body is giving out.
Any advice?

The saddest part is that I will never get a gf in this life. I lived an entire lifetime without experiencing high school puppy love or "oneitis". These days I just watch vintage anime and dream about the past. My best moments are when I play 2000s music, look at my /b/ folder from 2008, and dream of the girls I knew back then, thinking "what if", dreaming of a scenario where I actually got my high school crush.
I'm forever stuck in the past that slipped through my fingers.

Fuck, I guess I'll build a room where every item is from the 2000s and build some online space where every file is pre-2010 so I can bask in the past until I die. 36 is pretty old, I might die in a few years.

I'm a 42yo wizard, as I got older I stopped caring about shit like that, but it was hard and took a long time to accept that it is what it is. My advice is just to look after yourself as best you can and find ways to make yourself happy.

My grampa was still perfectly fine and independent at 94. Lived alone without assistance, built cars and went to see his war buddies.

You need therapy, you need to stop viewing women like they're an objective. Even if you're ugly you can get women your problem is your mindset and approach. Lose your weight by walking a lot and eating normal (good meat/chicken/fish/eggs, good fruits and vegetables, few slices of good bread with seeds, a little butter or peanut butter per day, vitamins C, D, E if needed, nothing else, nothing full of fat or oil or sugar or other goyslop for some 12 months or so, fuck it), once below 200 pounds start indoor biking and lifting some weights with some plan to increase hardship, maybe soft running a bit.
Once weight is stabilized in decent amount, but fitting clothes, have well-groomed hair and beard, clean your teeth from plaque or other shit without having to drink fluoride or other whitening shit.

Accept that your struggle was part of the "eternal struggle = eternal growth" reality that uncle AH taught you about, and re-adjust your current status with few kept habits that will become usual after a couple of weeks: walking, working out, healthy eating and sleeping, reaffirming your positive expectations and the detailed road to approach them, joining some social events and allowing yourself to relax and gain confidence in the social game

You're just no longer in your 20s, and it's starting to set in. Unfortunately, you can't go back in time, because change doesn't happen in reverse. You're (and admittedly, myself as well) cooked as far as jobs that could easily turn into careers, because they tend to hire/prefer 20-somethings who are inexperienced in life, and thus easier to exploit. But, all hope is not lost; consider that you have people who get out of jail in their 30s after having been in there since 18, and they often can go on to live decent, meaningful lives (though how often this happens is questionable). You may need to start over by working in a warehouse; I have since I was 28, and although I hate it, it pays my bills, keeps the power on, and keeps somewhat of a roof over my head. Don't even need anyone else.

I'll be 38 soon enough, I never stopped watching the same shows I grew up with and stuff from the 90s and early 2000s in general! Nostalgia is kino but u incorporate some modern shit to bro.
As for the job thing start small and take any job U can I did catalogue delivery for a bit.
I imagine I can't be that hard to meet and date sum roastie with grown up kids.
