I just found out that my POS roomate (uncle) has secretely only been paying 77 euro rent a month for mutliple months in a row, instead of the required 215 euros. Now they're threatening to evict us (we are 3 people living together, his mom, me, and my uncle).

This piece of shit has been claiming that his mom with dementia (my grandma) was the one not paying the proper rent amount for quite some time (I wasn't really paying attention as I thought they'd handle this on their own), so he got the money from her to pay it for her (she can't go outside because she has trouble walking), but instead he has been taking the money all for himself it seems. After I confronted him with this information he started becoming aggressive and sperging out (he has adhd or some shit and is always kinda aggressive and on the age).

Now he's (aggressively) insiting that we help him pay off the missing rent together. I really, REALLY wanna kill this fucking nigga right now. All he does is scam money from his sick mom and then he doesn't even pay the fucking rent, and we can't even do anything about it because he's the kind of psycho that will secretely kill us (or at least his mom, he takes all his aggression out on her, not me) if we force him to move out or criticize him too much.

What am I suppossed to do? Should I just pay the rent for him with my grandma? I do have the money but it's my savings.

I can't, my grandma is the main tenant. My uncle and I are just the subtenants. I have no authority over him in this situation. She can't kick him out either because he always screams at her and becomes aggressive whenever she threatens him, until she gives up when it becomes too much. Dude's a psycho with some form of ADHD or something similar, she had to send him to some sort of re-education camp when he was little but it didn't help and now I'm stuck in this whole fucking situation. I hate this faggot man, someone gotta kill this dude already, he's just making my life and the life of my sick grandma a living hell. I think I will just cover the rent together with my grandma, and we'll tell him that he's going to pay the full rent from now on; otherwise, he will have to move out. I think if we cover the payment for him once he will agree. It sucks but it's the safest and simplest option here.
