I don't think our ancestors talked as much as people today
it seems gay to me that men set up vlogs of themselves and talk for hours.
i also know certain men that i work with that will talk all day
and not work

people need to shut the fuck up. i look at the catalog and it pisses me off that anyone thinks they matter enough to blog about their lives on here. i think less is probably more, people ought to talk about themselves a lot less.

They also had no TV or internet or phones and few could even read. What do you think they did all day while working? Talked, gossiped, anything to pass the time.

The act of writing with ink and quill is part of why the average person in the 1800s were so much smarter than people today. Not sure if you would consider exchanging letters or writing diaries and logs as talking or blogging. They are all ways of converting thought to language.
