Because we're not meant to be strong, dumbass. Sure there are SOME women with man-like strength (both mentally and physically) but the vast majority of us simply don't! We're meant to take care of children and our husbands, not fight or save people from burning buildings. Its a shame that society wants to teach women the opposite.
