My body fat is 21% so I wouldn't call that fat, but it's definitely extra. I'd like to drop 10, but I can never lose more than 5 from where I'm at.
Fat is when you look fat even with a shirt on. If you're calling someone fat because they look soft only without clothes you're just being persnickety.
