the term incel was invented by a troon and sustained all of its cultural capital off of riding waves of mainstream relevance caused by mass murders in the name of a heckin' ideology that most people who identify with the term can't get behind because they don't fundamentally believe in anything but their own suffering being unique in this age and having no avenue of escape and anyone who tries to offer them one being clueless and evil. Troons, hysteria, trends, self-pity, repeat. And you wonder why the term's meaning has become diluted.
