I have been drinking absurd amounts of caffeine since I was like 13 and have only increased since college and doubled down even harder once I started my full time lab slave job to the point where I'm averaging 800mg a day. Since age 19 I have taken caffeine pills every day. I am now 27. I own my home. I am married. I have a comfortable, salaried position I got right out of college.
I attribute all of this to daily, chronic, excessive caffeine consumption. 800 mg a day. 400 mg upon waking, 400 mg in the middle of the day. This is the true way forward.
Better than any antidepressant or any other mental health medication.
