Meanwhile, I work out and am jacked but have a slight belly atm because I prefer constant bulking on chicken, fish, and grains/fruits/vegs
I eat 4000 calories a day, i doubt you get anywhere close
But i burn about 3750 calories in my day + bodybuilding
Currently 245 lbs, 19% bodyfat

ALSO that's partially you're fault. I knew to stop drinking all the soda and eating all the sweets my mom dumped in front of me when I was in middle school. Even now as an adult you still can't eat right, still can't weigh your food and count calories or just simply NOT EAT. Water fast. You will lose if you water fast, it is impossible for you to gain weight if all you consume for 7 days is water and the 8th day you do not stuff your fat face with everything.
Gaining weight is the same. Skeletons will eat nothing for breakfast, a 500 calorie lunch and a "big" 1.5k calorie dinner most of the week. A few days they don't eat that 500 kcal lunch and they eat 2k calories and omg I eat SO much I could eat a whole pizza!!! If you actually fucking count and eat and drink you will gain weight.
