i have had times where i didnt fear or even embraced death. i have also had times where the thought of it petrified me. im fairly sure that nothing comes after death and its like before you were born. but i hope that reincarnation is real to a degree- perhaps a chance to redo the genetic lottery of life.

I don't fear it, I welcome it. I wasn't afraid of it the last time it almost happened. My only fear surrounding it is what will happen to my stuff and people not finding out so they'll be left wondering what happened. The last one is a more minor concern because there aren't people who think of me anymore, but I don't want anyone to wonder what happened. I honestly don't know what happens after, but I feel like it cannot be worse than here. I am an alien here who isn't welcomed.

Since there is infinite amount of time after my death, so probably another idea of "me" different universe, different life, who knows, I'm more afraid after death I get bad RNG, and if nothing complete darkness, I mean life has no free will so, I'm not really sure how to feel about that

I'm just afraid of pain, and unfortunately the gate to the final rest is guarded by a lot of it.

I don't fear death, but i am sad that i will die, and not enjoy this world anymore. I do believe in a kind of reincarnation, but i have no clue if it will be like awakening from sleep, or my consciousness will be gone forever. But i also believe that consciousness is an illusion, and that it doesn't matter so much....And that gives me peace.

I've known deep down since I was a small child that your experience terminates along with your physical form, it's simultaneously difficult to truly conceptualize yet fairly easy to put into words, I enjoy existence quite thoroughly so yeah I stand to lose a lot by not existing at all

No, pain is all that stops from slicing open the sides of my neck to destroy my carotid arteries, depleting blood from my brain within seconds causing death in 8 minutes if oxygen is not returned and even if it was after 5 minutes Id be a vegetable unable to see, hear, or think so basically dead anyway

Why fear it? makes no sense to me. I'm not overly attached to this world and embrace death once it comes.

as for what happens, who the fuck knows. I think all religions have it wrong and we lack the faculties to really comprehend it. Every ability we have is tied to our ability to survive so understanding death is outside of our adaptation
