some states are trying to explicitly ban gender affirming care, i wouldn't be surprised if there's laws that won't let you change your gender on your license or birth certificate, and if you're a teenager there's a push being made to not allow you access to puberty blockers (despite the fact puberty blockers are used to treat a variety of hormone issues in children and aren't the troon activation med or some shit people think they are).
