This is why I became a city planner and work in local governance. The pay is terrible relative to cost of living and the job is incredibly mundane but it's AI immune. An AI could probably do the basics easily but AI cannot do all of the people related stuff that renders the job as nightmare fuel. Also tell some schmuck their plat check failed because Planner9000 said so and the next week will be nothing but credible bomb threats.

Honestly, pretty solid job if you're in a medium sized city or county because the pay to CoL is really good but the smaller the jurisdiction the harder it is to get in and the more they expect you to do. Ordinance enforcement is fun if you like instigating violent altercations or just want to hang out with the local PD. Yes retard, you must sort out the fact that you have a rusty pickup on your lawn and it required me hiring a tribal to bushwhack my way to your door. You have to realize that most C suite leaders are locusts that go place to place. AI hype can be used to temporarily reduce costs, making their earnings better, and raising their average share price higher.
The average MBA corpo fucker does not care about the future of the company, they care about short term wins that they can cash out on, since no matter how bad things are in a few years, if you're a rich MBA type it doesn't matter.
