How do you guys get energy as a neet? I'm trying to exercise and move around more but I just feel like I can barely get up and move.
Knowing what terrible things await you just around the corner if you don't sort your shit out helps. Things like heart disease, diabetes, crushed veins in thighs and fused vertabrae from sitting too much for too long, worsening teeth (which leads to myriad other health problems). Death is garunteed in life, but the degredation of the quality of your life can be mitigated and maybe even avoided for decades.
I don't have much energy; nor do I need or want it.
I'm content to make my one grocery trip and one park trip every week, and spend the other 98% of my time as a hermit.
I have chronic fatigue so I don't ever have energy. I don't think it's just depression, depression symptoms should get better when you move. Every time I tried going back to the gym I just got a fever.
>>81701335Are you on autismbux or something
>>81701363I think a lack of activity causes that but I just can't seem to fix it.
I get energy from eating raw animal products and fruit. I also get energy from doing things that I want to do. If I don't have anything I want to do, or if I'm doing something I dislike, I quickly get tired and I just want to sleep.
>>81701160 (OP)Caffeine and nicotine are a robot's best friends :^)
>>81702105I try caffeine but it makes me jittery and anxious. I feel better moving around but can't keep it up all day.
Cold showers and juice. Get some sun if it's possible.
>>81702137Nicotine is smoother than caffeine, but these days it's easy to use too much especially if you're new to it and use something concentrated like vapes or zyn. I feel kinda bad recommending cigarettes because inhaling any kind of smoke is inherently unhealthy, but they really are just the perfect little pick-me-up. Though it's not like anyone here should really be worried about their future health when we're just barely scraping by in the present. If you do decide to give it a shot, at least stick with natural tobacco brands like American Spirit since the worst part about cigarettes are the additives.
If I force myself to be active for a day that then it gets over that initial hump and I do it more often as the results are better mindset and energy. Scrolling the dead internet in the neetcave becomes really boring and shitty.
>>81701160 (OP)What originally are you eating?
>>81701160 (OP)we are survival machines, we get use to our environment and hardship
just create a routine and stick to it, start small go big
the energy will come in time
>>81702468This desu ne. Once you get the bawl rolling it's not as hard to keep up the trend.
I need energy drinks if I want to have any energy but I get awful headaches when I drink them.
